As an Outreach Minister, you’ll get to advance the gospel by overseeing the area that stewards our outreach opportunities and partnerships. You would be a key figure in advancing the ministry’s mission both locally and globally. Your work would involve strategic planning, community engagement, pastoral care, leadership development, and representing the ministry in a positive light to all those it serves.
- To oversee the representation of the ministry to communities of believers across the globe.
- To maintain a positive ministry image, working with members of the community.
- Facilitate the contact/visitation of hospitalized or grieving ministry members.
- Facilitate and coordinate all ministry meetings such as Elder and Personnel.
- Create, direct, and develop leaders on the staff and in the body of believers.
- To offer pastoral care to members of the ministry who are in need. This includes visiting members who are hospitalized, providing comfort to those who are grieving, and ensuring that they feel supported by their faith community.
As an Assistant Outreach Minister, your role would involve supporting the primary Outreach Minister in various capacities to ensure the ministry’s outreach efforts are effective and impactful.
